St George Scuba Club Anniversary Dinner - 2010
Carol Martin is organising the 37th Annual St George Scuba Club Anniversary Dinner on Saturday 20th February @ 7pm. It will be held at Café Naked, 28 Gymea Bay Road, Gymea. Street Parking is available or in the car park directly
behind the railway station

The cost is $30 per person, BYO with “no corkage or surcharge”.

RSVP to Carol on cmartin@nsccahs.health.nsw.gov.au by Monday 15th February 2010.

Please also advise if any vegetarian main meal is required.

STARTERS
• Garlic bread

CHOICE OF ENTRÉES
• Salt & pepper squid with a mango mint & coriander salsa and our home made chili jam

• Marinated lamb salad with marinated mushrooms semi-dried toms, feta cheese & black olives

• Vegetarian spaghetti with pumpkin, mushrooms, semi-dried tom, asparagus, black olives in a fresh basil Napolitano sauce


CHOICE OF MAINS
• 400gm grain fed waygu steak (kirwee QLD) served on baby bok choy then finished with sautéed wild mushrooms

• Sword fish steak with a fresh mint and coriander salad served with a dill infused béarnaise sauce
• Chicken breast stuffed with prawns and fresh coriander served on sweet potato puree


Accompanied by Beer Battered Chips & Green Salad
